You may not remember me, my husband Steve and my sister Lynne from a few months ago. Sorry, I have not taken the time to express my appreciation before now. You placed my 97-year-old dad at Village Veranda in early February.
Our family wants to express our utmost thanks to Josephine Cirrinone for helping us with finding a new home for our 97 year old father. We live in the Villages and My Dad was at a nearby Independent Living apartment. It became apparent he needed more care, but was very limited on funds. Josephine helped us with endless questions, always so patiently. I’m sure working with families with limited budgets would be challenging, but she never made us feel less than special to her.
We toured a few places at her suggestions, places we never knew existed before and presented us with options. She guided us with sources to get financial assistance for my dad. We are extremely happy with the Assisted Living/Memory Care facility she found minutes outside The Villages.
